i was looking for a product to make some baby food with and this was perfect! it actually tastes pretty good (made this sort of carrot purée stew if anyone is curious)

Helped with my B12 deficiency
As someone with pernicious anaemia, this bone broth helped me increase my B12 intake. Apart from B12 shots, my physician recommended that I consume B12 rich foods such as fish, chicken, eggs and beef. Working for 12 hours a day, cooking my meal is sometimes inconvenient.
