Finally, I can sleep better

Best used in cooking and as a soup

This broth certainly does not taste like bouillon and is not salty. I can’t come up with words to describe the taste, it is absolutely amazing. I wanted to try using it as a addition in baking a roast with vegetables. The roast turned out superb! It was very juicy and the broth gave it more flavor than if we had used water as usual. That was a pleasant surprise and we will be using this broth in other cooking and as a plain soup.
